New Pictures Added

I forgot to mention yesterday that I've added some more pictures to my Gallery in the My Designs section.  I made some funky "hairy" chemo hats (along with a few "regular" ones!) for the younger patients to maybe have some fun with.  Hopefully I can get some feedback on that from the hospital personnel, and if they like them, I'll make some more!

I also have a picture of an afghan I did a number of years ago for my mother doing the "new" diagonal box stitches.  I guess it's just now starting to catch on ~ lots of chatter in online groups about it and a few more pattern books just for that type of stitch.  It is fun and very easy to do.  And the projects work up pretty quickly.

I also need to send a big squishy hug to a friend who recently lost a good friend of hers.  I won't see you until February, so if you read this, catch!  The big squishy hug is for you!  I know it's hard, and always will be, but the good memories will help soften the sharp edges with a bit more time.  Besides, you just wait and see, she'll send you a message or two to let you know she hears you loud and clear, and feels your love.  Lots of hugs to you.
