New Cabled Wearable
Well here's a sneak peek at one new project for me to wear at the CGOA conference in Manchester this year! I still need to do the sleeves, blocking, and trimming before it's done. It's made with Meilenweitt yarn, which is 80% virgin wool/20% nylon. It works up beautifully with the textured crochet stitches even though it's a "S" twisted yarn.
But I'm not going to show you the front until after the conference! Teehee! So the only way to see it earlier is to be there in Manchester!
The funny thing about this year's conference for me is that I'm actually signed up for two knitting classes! I can knit, but I do it in a really weird way, and one class promises to be able to teach us how to do a variation of Russian continental that anyone is supposed to be able to master. We shall see!!! It's either going to be me learning how to do it, or the teacher screaming and running down the hallway just to get away. ;D
Have a good night! :D
